Levent Construction Company, set up in 1984, is among the biggest construction companies in Northern Cyprus, with over 2000 flats and hundreds of villas sold to the customers.
The company, which constructs villas and apartment flats, tries to respond to the residence needs across the island through its construction sites located in Gönyeli, Boğaz, Girne, Lapta, Tatlısu and İskele. The buildings are constructed with utmost attention to detail; both usage and conveniences are given particular importance in the construction of flats as well as the villas.
The constructed residences are sold by Levent Homes.
At this stage some alterations are made in the residences as requested by the customers; and they are delivered to the customer after interior and exterior adjustments are completed.
Under the inspection of experienced constructor’s supervisors and foremen, the staff works with care from the beginning of the construction till the end; and they complete the environmental arrangements, as well as the usage with great care.
Levent Construction Company also provides the building needs of other Group companies .
International Cyprus University, Lemar supermarkets and various buildings are the most evident examples of Levent Construction .
This unit not only builds new constructions, but it also restores, repairs and maintains the buildings that are currently being used, when required.
Levent Construction supplies most of the materials used in the construction works from the firms under its structure. Brick, mosaic and parquet plants, concrete plant, natural marble and local yellow stone facilities meet the major part of the construction unit’s needs; and rest of the materials are supplied from the internal market, and imported from Turkey, if required.
Apart from 6 civil engineers, 3 architects, 2 electrical engineers and 1 mechanical engineer, the company provides employment opportunities for hundreds of people.
The residences, which are constructed by Levent Construction Company, are presented to the customers by our Levent Homes unit.
During the face-to-face meetings with our customers, who visit our unit with the intention to buy a residence, are provided with large apartment blocks or luxury villa options, in line with their demands and needs, and with considerable payment options. Customer alterations in the buildings are made upon request and needs, and the homes are securely delivered to the customers on time.
