We’re looking for a motivated leader to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field,
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience on Accounts and Financial Affairs,
• Familiarity with the local financial regulations applied in the TRNC,
• Proficient use of the Logo Program,
• Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken

Job Description:

• Developing and overseeing our multi-company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyzing our multi company’s financial performance, variances, and key metrics to support strategic decision-making,
• Managing daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs,
• Providing recommendations for cost reduction and profit maximization,
• Overseeing bank relationships, loans, and investments,
• Preparing financial risk assessments for our manufacturing projects,
• Ensuring adherence to the local statutory laws, local tax regulations, and internal control procedures,
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervising and mentoring the whole finance and accounting staff,
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the whole finance operations.
