We are seeking an experienced “Real Estate Consultant” to join our team.

Job Description

• Conduct active market analysis to build and maintain a high-value property portfolio,
• Manage a qualified network of buyers and sellers within the luxury residential, commercial and real estate development sectors,
• Oversee real estate development, pricing strategies, and property management processes in accordance with professional standards,
• Complete sales and leasing transactions while ensuring full compliance with contracts, legal requirements, and land registry regulations,
• Represent our company’s brand at the highest professional level and establish long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of active experience within North Cyprus the real estate sector within the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus).
• An established property portfolio and a strong network of prospective clients in Northern Cyprus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate legislation, zoning regulations, and legal procedures applicable in the TRNC.
• Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and crisis management skills.
• Strong professional presence, high ethical standards, and a visionary mindset.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• Good command of English; proficiency in a second foreign language (preferably Russian or German) is considered an advantage.
