We are looking for an Air Conditioning (VRF) Unit Manager to join the Central Technical Service Department of Beko, the market-leading brand in Cyprus, for which we hold the distributorship rights in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline,
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience,
• Strong team management and coordination skills,
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to field operations,
• Valid Class B (Türkiye) / Class D (TRNC) driving licence and active driving experience,
• For male candidates, completion of compulsory military service.
