We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative perspective and strong visual communication skills to join our team.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal education in Graphic Design, or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience,
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,
• Experience in the real estate, property, or construction industries is preferred,
• Ability to create designs for social media, digital platforms, and printed materials,
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and awareness of current design trends,
• Creative, original, and solution-oriented,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills,
• Experience in corporate identity, catalogue, brochure, poster, and packaging design is preferred,
• Ability to present previous design work through a professional portfolio.

Job Description

• Create visual content for social media and digital platforms,
• Develop and enhance designs in line with the company’s corporate identity,
• Manage the design process for catalogues, brochures, posters, advertisements, and other printed materials,
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing and other relevant departments,
• Develop new ideas and creative solutions throughout the design process,
• Coordinate and follow up on pre-printing and production preparations.
