Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on business processes to senior management in alignment with the company's goals and strategies
• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Develop and implement methods to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Develop and implement labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems
• Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual operations
• Facilitate the improvement of general production methods and techniques
• Assist in the development of performance criteria and improve performance measurement methods
• Conduct Standard Time-Actual Time comparisons to identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor the implementation of occupational safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement and optimization
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and innovate
• High level of responsibility and strong follow-through skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Excellent reporting skills
• Preferred: KKTC citizenship
• For male candidates: Completion of military service
