Job Description

• To participate in the effective implementation and development of Human Resources processes and activities in line with company policies and strategies.
• Follow-up of disciplinary processes within the framework of company policies, procedures and Labor Law.
• Carrying out salary and personnel procedures in accordance with the legislation.
• Following up on the attendance control of the personnel.
• Ensuring that the personnel entry-exit processes are carried out in accordance with the law and in a healthy manner.
• Preparation of monthly human resources reports and statistics.
• Ensuring that procedures, application principles and job descriptions are in compliance with company practices.
