Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in feed production
• Thorough understanding of feed production processes in a feed mill
• Experience in preparing feed according to recipes in a timely manner
• Knowledge of monitoring work processes to meet planned production targets
• Experience in raw material inventory tracking
• Well-developed organizational and leadership skills, strong communication skills
• Experience in production reporting
• Dynamic, open to development, solution-oriented, team-oriented
• Able to coordinate the work of current production stage workers
